We have found a destination for those charity dollars from box office revenues!
$1 from the sale of each ticket to Struwwelpeter will go to support the Victoria READ Society, a registered non-profit that assists children and adults with reading, tutoring and mathematics.

Hey Folks!
Well, it's that time already - we are less than one month away from the 25th Victoria International Fringe Festival!
We'll be working double-time these next few weeks to make sure Struwwelpeter comes to you on time and in style. Rehearsals have been ramped up to three times per week, the props and costumes are getting integrated and the media release is swimming around the local media channels.
In preparation for all the fun of the Fringe, here are a few pictures from our preview of 'The Story of the Inky Boys' from Impulse Theatre's Cabaraiser on July 19th, enjoy!

Hello folks!
July has reared its head as the busiest month in recent memory for those involved in Suspicious Mustache, but it has been a good busy! The only downside is that being ultrabusy leaves little time for updating things like blogs and websites.
However! Rehearsals are going swimmingly and we have reached the point where paper scripts of the improvisation-driven scenes are being churned out, which is very exciting news indeed!
Also exciting is that we are doing a preview of one of the stories from Struwwelpeter at Impulse Theatre's CABARAISER for their own show at the 2011 Victoria Fringe - The Tirades of Love!
The CABARAISER is happening tomorrow, Tuesday July 19th, at 8pm at the Victoria Event Centre (1215 Broad Street). Tickets are available at Lyle's Place and at the door. The Struwwelpeter preview is happening at around the 9:30pm mark, but the whole night promises to be a delight, so come on down and support our friends as we make sweet, sweet theatre in oru beautiful city!

We've just received intel from Fringe presenters Intrepid Theatre that our venue for the festival will be Langham Court Theatre at 805 Langham Court.

After a great Canada Day yesterday, we are back in the rehearsal hall tonight building Struwwelpeter. Hope everyone is having an enjoyable long weekend on both sides of the 49th!

The official website of Suspicious Mustache Theatre Company and the 2011 production of Struwwelpeter is official online! We're taking baby steps as we develop the site and the company, but check back soon for news and updates!
